The Private Equity Manager oversees the accounting process for closed-end funds, manages a team, develops client relationships, and ensures accurate NAV calculations and reporting.

Supervise a small private equity fund accounting team and perform fund administration tasks including capital calls and distributions, NAV and financial statement preparation, fee and P&L allocations, waterfall maintenance, performance reporting (IRR), audit support, client reporting, onboarding/transition support, and workflow improvements.

Supervise investor services activities including reviewing and processing investor transaction instructions, AML/KYC checks, reconciliations, payment schedules, wire transfers, investor and client reporting, audit preparations, handling complex investor queries, and coaching up to four administrators while liaising with NAV, QA, and Compliance.

Manage a team delivering investor services for fund clients, overseeing investor transactions, AML/KYC, investor reporting, bank reconciliations, client communications, onboarding/transitioning new clients, and responding to ad hoc client inquiries.

Support business development by preparing fee analyses, proposals, and client agreements; track pipeline and service requirements; manage open items and client agreement database; run cross-functional projects and provide reporting and ad hoc analyses to senior management.

Support Relationship Management leadership by crafting client communications, planning and running client check-ins, collecting and analyzing client feedback for senior reporting, liaising with client service teams to resolve issues, and arranging demos of new services. Provide client-facing support and occasional onsite visits to deepen relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Design and develop the Order Management System to support trading operations, ensuring compliance with finance regulations and application performance.
