Teams at HedgeServ

Manage investor services teams supporting hedge fund and private equity clients. Responsibilities include investor transaction processing, AML/KYC due diligence, investor reporting, bank reconciliations, money movements, client relationship management, onboarding and transitions, client presentations, and responding to investor queries. The role ensures accurate, timely service delivery and compliance with client agreements while coordinating across internal departments.

Supervise a small private equity fund accounting team and perform fund administration tasks including capital calls and distributions, NAV and financial statement preparation, fee and P&L allocations, waterfall maintenance, performance reporting (IRR), audit support, client reporting, onboarding/transition support, and workflow improvements.

Design and develop the Order Management System to support trading operations, ensuring compliance with finance regulations and application performance.
