Lead Heidi’s US Applied AI function, overseeing customer deployment, adoption, expansion, retention, and renewals. Manage managers across specialty-focused teams, establish scalable operating practices, allocate resources, maintain forecasts, and align customer needs with product capabilities. The role requires strong commercial judgment, executive communication, organizational planning, and technical fluency in deploying AI within healthcare workflows.

Own North American demand generation and pipeline strategy across healthcare segments. Lead multichannel campaigns, account-based marketing, nurture programs, funnel optimization, budgeting, forecasting, experimentation, and performance measurement. Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to improve qualified opportunities, conversion, and revenue impact. Build scalable systems using automation, analytics, segmentation, and AI while overseeing internal partners and agencies.

Own strategic healthcare customer relationships, quota attainment, account expansion, renewals, and retention. Diagnose clinical and operational workflow challenges, build executive-level business cases, guide customers toward appropriate AI solutions, and partner with Clinical Engineers on technical implementations. Monitor product usage, identify upsell opportunities, forecast expansion pipeline, and drive adoption of Heidi’s AI-powered healthcare workflows.
