Build and own AI-powered go-to-market systems, automations, lead-generation workflows, prospecting sequences, enrichment, routing, CRM data models, integrations, and funnel analytics. The role connects marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering systems using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and lightweight code. It also involves experimenting with AI agents, improving data quality, mapping healthcare buying groups, measuring results, and scaling effective workflows.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, customer and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement across Heidi’s clinical AI product suite. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence product strategy, drive adoption, support complex enterprise sales, develop customer proof, and improve pipeline and win rates. This senior individual contributor role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

Leads North American finance, overseeing reporting integrity, forecasting, financial controls, compliance, cash, collections, and regional P&L performance. Partners with Sales, GTM, RevOps, Customer Success, FP&A, and external advisers on commissions, pricing, revenue risk, tax compliance, and commercial decisions. Builds scalable finance processes, KPIs, controls, and reporting frameworks while providing accurate, decision-ready insights to regional and global leadership.
