Own the product vision and roadmap for clinical genomics tools supporting case management, data workflows, clinical review, sign-out, and data delivery. Translate complex clinical and scientific needs into scalable requirements, coordinate lab and engineering stakeholders, and make risk-based tradeoffs while protecting clinical quality, privacy, security, and governance. Use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, and specification development.

Own operating expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Design and support NetSuite, Ramp, and HubSpot systems while maintaining data integrity and scalable finance processes. Create dashboards and board-level reporting, use AI for recurring analysis, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and budget owners. Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment while ensuring compliance with accounting policies, GAAP, and legal requirements.

Sets technical direction for Helix’s Experience platform and broader engineering organization. Designs and implements distributed, full-stack genomic software systems focused on patient and provider experiences. Leads complex projects from scoping through production, advances AI-assisted engineering practices, establishes quality and delivery standards, mentors technical leaders, and drives cross-functional collaboration with product, design, research, scientific, and business teams.
