Teams at Helix

Owns customer success and strategic partner relationships for Helix’s life sciences data licensing, sponsored testing, and clinical development businesses. The role leads implementation coordination, identifies expansion opportunities, translates customer feedback into product improvements, establishes scalable customer success processes, mentors team members, and represents the function in leadership discussions. Candidates must bring extensive biopharma or life sciences partnership experience, people leadership, strong communication, and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.

Support health system and life sciences research partners using Helix’s clinico-genomic datasets, tools, and platforms. Serve as the primary data-support contact, lead onboarding and office hours, create user materials, coordinate internal technical support, gather feedback, and help refine solutions. Build clinical and genomic data-processing pipelines while collaborating with Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Product, Life Sciences, and Commercial teams.

Drive adoption of Helix genomic diagnostic testing services by developing regional sales strategies, building healthcare provider relationships, managing partner planning, presenting diagnostic solutions, maintaining CRM pipeline forecasts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires extensive customer-facing diagnostics experience, genomics industry knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and 60% travel.
