Drive retention, expansion, and product adoption by building strong relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, leading renewals, acting on usage signals, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Run targeted outbound prospecting into large CRE brokerages, investors, and lenders to book qualified meetings. Research accounts, map orgs, cold call/email/LinkedIn, make strong first impressions, and generate pipeline. Ramp into owning smaller deals end-to-end with a clear path to AE.
