📍 NYC (In-Office, 5 Days/Week) | 🏧 Top of market pay + equity | ⏱ 60+ Hours/Week | 🚀 Fastest-Growing AI-Native PropTech Company in the World
About HenryHenry helps CRE professionals win every deal, from first lead to close, by turning a firm's own deal history into the underwriting, market reports, comps, BOVs, and pitch decks every deal needs. We're backed by tier one VCs including Y Combinator and Susa Ventures, and already trusted by the largest CRE brokerages in the world.
Why NowDemand is outpacing everything. Our founder and AEs are booked solid, but we want to grow even faster, and qualify better. We need a BDR to fill our AEs' calendars with the right conversations, and learn to close along the way.
What You'll OwnPipeline. Run outbound into the biggest CRE brokerages, investors, and lenders in the world. Book qualified meetings that turn into revenue.
Targeted prospecting. Research accounts, map the org, find the right person. Cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events. No spray-and-pray.
First impression of Henry. You're often the first human a prospect talks to. Make it impossible to ignore.
A growing piece of the deal. Start by generating pipeline. As you ramp, start owning smaller deals end to end. The fastest path to AE here.
1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing role. We care more about hunger than your resume.
A doer. Your instinct is to pick up the phone and create momentum.
Relentless and organized. High volume, nothing dropped.
Coachable with an edge. You take feedback fast and you have something to prove.
A sharp communicator on the phone and in writing.
Based in NYC or ready to relocate (in-person, 5 days/week at our SoHo HQ).
Have done outbound before (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, a CRM).
Have sold or prospected into CRE, capital markets, or financial services.
Have a habit of topping every leaderboard you're on.
A front-row seat and a clear runway to AE at a category-defining AI company in commercial real estate.
World-class training alongside a founder and AEs closing the biggest names in CRE.
A product customers already line up to buy, so your outreach lands warm.
Equity in a venture-backed company growing faster than we can staff.
Top of market pay that grows as you take on more of the deal.
