Drive sales of orthodontic products and clear aligners across a defined Northeast territory. Build and grow relationships with private practices, group practices, and emerging DSOs; develop territory plans, achieve sales targets, and support distribution and educational programs. Train and collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead continuing education efforts, represent the company at events, and manage special projects. Use Salesforce and PowerBI to track opportunities and performance. Frequent travel and in-territory residency required.

Assist in acquiring, maintaining, and auditing company licensing and product registration, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Provide non-clinical career education and 1:1 coaching to dental hygiene students and early-career hygienists; build and maintain hygiene school partnerships and campus events; drive engagement on studentdentist.com and promote mentorship matching; collect student submissions and triage for coaching; track program activities and outcomes and coordinate with recruiting teams to inform pipeline strategy.
