The Director of Development leads fundraising strategy and revenue growth, focusing on major gifts, individual giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, donor stewardship, and campaign development. The role manages donor portfolios, strengthens fundraising systems and metrics, engages board members and senior leaders, and supervises two development professionals. Responsibilities include cultivating five- and six-figure gifts, improving pipeline performance, overseeing Raiser's Edge usage, and expanding philanthropic support for the organization.

Provides direct immigration legal services to low-income women and gender-diverse clients, including consultations, case strategy, filings, and representation. Prepares matters for pro bono placement, mentors volunteer attorneys, develops trainings and legal resources, manages clinics, conducts outreach, and supports practice reporting and systemic reform initiatives. The role requires strong immigration law expertise, trauma-informed client service, case management, legal research, and relationship-building skills.

Supports attorneys serving immigrant survivors through client intake, case preparation, immigration filings, documentation, referrals, clinics, and follow-up. Maintains case files, deadlines, data, and reporting records in Salesforce and other systems. Coordinates interns, volunteers, and pro bono support while communicating with clients in a trauma-informed manner. The role also assists with U Visa, T visa, VAWA, adjustment of status, employment authorization, FOIA, and related immigration matters.
