Source passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean searches, and industry databases. Develop personalized outreach campaigns, use AI and data insights to identify target talent pools, and manage candidate pipelines in the ATS. Support recruiting operations, application tracking, and administrative projects. The role focuses particularly on sourcing sales candidates in technical environments and requires strong communication and cold-outreach skills.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, personalized emails, and social channels; research target accounts; qualify inbound and outbound leads; conduct discovery conversations; build pipeline through the evaluation stage; maintain accurate CRM records; transition qualified opportunities to senior sales staff; and collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead quality.

Supports day-to-day business operations across Sales Operations, People Operations, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, administering sales and corporate tools, managing user access, tracking vendors and contract renewals, coordinating interviews, assisting with new-hire onboarding, and supporting cross-functional projects. The role requires strong spreadsheet skills, organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
