Analyzes actuarial data to support underwriting, pricing, reserving, rate filings, reinsurance decisions, and strategic planning. The role prepares rate studies and reports, reviews claims trends, collaborates with finance and leadership, and coordinates with external actuaries, reinsurers, and regulators. It requires strong Excel, R, Python, SQL, VBA, and big-data skills, with opportunities to pursue CAS designations.

Supports attorneys with trial and arbitration preparation, including witness scheduling, expert witness coordination, trial file preparation, arbitration packets, court submissions, calendar management, and tracking motion deadlines to prevent defaults.

Provides clerical and administrative support across multiple departments. Maintains physical and offsite file records, processes file requests and copying, manages incoming and outgoing mail, prepares documents for mailing, supplies office and kitchen materials, and performs basic office equipment maintenance while delivering professional customer service.
