The role requires flexibility across varied shifts and may involve lifting, transfers, prolonged standing, and adapting to changing needs. Training is provided, and prior disability-support or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Coordinates self-directed services for individuals, including person-centered planning, budget review and monitoring, regulatory compliance, documentation, payroll and reimbursement processing, housing subsidy support, and supervision of self-hired staff. Provides education and guidance to participants and families, participates in Circle of Support and Life Plan meetings, manages records, reports incidents, and collaborates with brokers, care coordinators, and internal teams.

Manages digital marketing strategies and campaigns supporting recruitment, charitable giving, child care enrollment, and community programs. Oversees social media, SEO/SEM, websites, email, analytics, online reputation, vendor performance, and campaign reporting. Creates audience-focused content, monitors digital trends and results, and improves campaign cost-efficiency and performance across digital channels.

Handles daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment issuance, vendor support, reimbursements, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Supports month-end close and improves AP workflows through Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing, documentation, automation, and process enhancements. Uses Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency. Requires strong organization, communication, computer skills, and 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Supports individuals with developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. Provides on- and off-site job coaching, role modeling, feedback, workplace support, employer and coworker relationship facilitation, safety oversight, documentation, and communication with support teams.

Performs healthcare billing and accounts receivable activities, including Medicaid, QuickBooks, and state voucher billing. Reviews documentation, resolves claim denials and billing errors, verifies eligibility, maintains authorizations and billing systems, follows up on outstanding accounts, and supports reconciliations, reporting, collections, and monthly revenue close activities.
