Provide direct support to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities by teaching life skills, facilitating relationships, assisting with personal care and medical needs, administering medication, and driving clients to appointments. The role requires flexibility, communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is required because training is provided.

Provides direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by teaching life skills, facilitating relationships, assisting with health needs and medication, supporting personal care, and driving clients to appointments. The role requires flexibility across varied shifts and may involve lifting, transfers, prolonged standing, and adapting to changing needs. Training is provided, and prior disability-support or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Coordinates self-directed services for individuals, including person-centered planning, budget review and monitoring, regulatory compliance, documentation, payroll and reimbursement processing, housing subsidy support, and supervision of self-hired staff. Provides education and guidance to participants and families, participates in Circle of Support and Life Plan meetings, manages records, reports incidents, and collaborates with brokers, care coordinators, and internal teams.
