The Chief of Staff supports the CEO and Business Operations across finance, people operations, business reviews, quarterly planning, company analysis, and internal processes. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, coordinating hiring and onboarding plans, tracking company priorities, analyzing performance, improving systems, and leading strategic projects such as market expansion. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and execution skills, along with comfort using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools.

As Head of Sales, you will build and scale the sales organization, drive revenue through hands-on selling, develop go-to-market strategies, refine sales processes, and manage a growing team while partnering with key stakeholders.

Own day-to-day operational finance: end-to-end accounts receivable and billing, month-end burn and revenue reconciliation, investor-grade revenue reporting and retention metrics (GRR/NRR), support FP&A and forecasting, automate repetitive finance workflows, and use AI/LLMs to scale processes and analyze product-driven revenue.
