Own renewals and expansion for an assigned portfolio of existing SMB and mid-market SaaS customers. Identify upsell opportunities, manage commercial conversations, maintain pipeline and forecast hygiene, and coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales leadership, and account executives. Help establish the company’s expansion sales playbook and territory model as a founding member of the function.

Leads the East Coast Commercial Sales Engineering team supporting SMB and mid-market customers. Responsibilities include hiring and developing Sales Engineers, owning technical wins, guiding demos and evaluations, partnering cross-functionally on product alignment, managing team systems and tools, and using performance data to improve deal progression and execution.
