Build and manage Hexmodal’s account-based marketing program for enterprise health systems. Develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional campaigns across field, digital, SDR, business development, and sales, configure HubSpot account-level tracking, and measure pipeline generated. Lead campaign kickoffs, reviews, and closeouts without direct authority, maintaining plans for 60 enterprise systems and delivering 16 annual campaigns.

Own the application product roadmap, prioritizing cross-product and platform features across customer needs, engineering capacity, and business goals. Build customer discovery, feedback, analytics, and prioritization processes from scratch; conduct interviews; define PRDs; coordinate with engineering, support, customer success, and product-line PMs; and ensure application UX consistency. Over time, own engagement, retention, platform strategy, firmware integration, and post-release customer outcomes.

Build and own Hexmodal’s invitation-only enterprise events program, including VIP dinners, peer roundtables, customer events, reference visits, and relationship activities. Define formats, guest lists, messaging, budgets, logistics, advocate engagement, and follow-up processes. Partner with Sales, Business Development, SDRs, and Marketing to generate qualified executive meetings, referrals, and pipeline. Track cost per qualified engagement, manage the event calendar and budget, maintain HubSpot reporting, and scale the program to approximately 40 events annually.
