Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000–$24,999) through tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Drive revenue targets, identify major-gift prospects, develop segmentation and donor-journey strategies, build scalable systems and reporting, and collaborate across Development, Communications, and Revenue Operations.

Support HIAS legal team by researching immigration law, drafting memoranda and filings, preparing client declarations and applications, assisting with asylum and humanitarian relief cases, maintaining records, and aiding Pro Bono teams in client interviews and case preparation during a 10–12 week paid internship.

Consultant will recruit and onboard partners for the Program of Initial Resettlement, conduct US Tie assessments and monthly quality reviews, provide technical assistance and trainings, complete up to 50 assessments, host partner meetings, and develop a Resource Guide and allocation recommendations to improve affiliate capacity and program compliance.

Identify, research, and qualify funding prospects from foundations, corporations, government, and multilateral donors. Maintain prospect records in the grants system, monitor RFPs and donor trends, produce donor profiles and pipeline analysis, support internal teams, improve prospecting tools, and lead proposals for general operating support.

Lead budgeting, costing, and pricing across funding streams; develop standardized costing models, indirect cost recovery methods, and pricing assumptions; support proposal budgets, financial forecasting, risk analysis, and donor compliance; mentor staff and build organizational budgeting capacity.

Design a comprehensive, context-appropriate global Staff Care and Wellbeing Framework. Assess existing practices, benchmark humanitarian best practice, consult stakeholders and staff, and produce practical, scalable guidance, materials, implementation tools, and trainings that reflect duty of care, inclusion, equity, and cultural sensitivity.
