Manages a portfolio of employee benefits clients, serving as the primary contact and coordinating service requests, renewals, carrier proposals, compliance, billing audits, enrollment materials, and carrier transitions. Supports producers with new and renewal business, analyzes plan options, conducts open enrollment presentations, maintains agency records, and advises clients on benefits regulations. Requires an active Life and Health license, five years of employee benefits account management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages commercial insurance accounts by designing coverage programs, preparing proposals and applications, coordinating renewals and remarketing, advising clients on coverage and audits, supporting producers, resolving issues, maintaining carrier relationships, and pursuing referrals. Provides mentoring to customer service representatives while ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing and compliance with agency standards.

Owns uptime, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, shared Linux environments, and incident response for live client applications across Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare. Responsibilities include provisioning environments, managing secrets and identities, maintaining monitoring and reliability practices, supporting releases and database migrations, responding to production incidents, and leading post-incident reviews. The role requires strong Azure DevOps, Bicep or Terraform, Linux, AWS, Cloudflare, and observability experience.
