Lead software engineer building scalable, fault-tolerant applications across digital channels. Responsible for architecture, design, coding, testing, production support, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and participating in full SDLC activities.

Design and own end-to-end AI architecture including data pipelines, model storage, inference, and front-end integration. Select tech stack (LLMs, vector DBs, orchestration), establish MLOps best practices, ensure scalability, security, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and cost-optimized cloud GPU/TPU usage. Lead cross-functional alignment, mentor engineers, and present architectural strategy to executives.

Lead strategic and operational initiatives for post-acute/home and community services, building provider relationships, training customers, facilitating executive meetings, performing network and vendor analysis, and managing short-to-medium projects to improve service adoption and clinical transformation.
