Collaborate with operations, product management, and product marketing to address customer requirements and execute profitable sales strategies.

Senior operational owner for payment network and processing functions. Manage direct and gateway network connections, BIN/ICA provisioning, certification, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction investigations. Act as primary relationship manager with card networks and sponsor banks, translate between engineering, product and finance, and ensure compliance with network rules.
