The Manager, Mid-Market Sales will lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets, coach and develop talent, and manage forecasts using tools like Salesforce.

You will audit GTM workflows, design AI workflows, maintain AI context layers, train teams on AI tools, and integrate solutions within RevOps.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source and engage top GTM talent. Build targeted sourcing strategies and creative outbound campaigns, perform competitive intelligence, adopt new sourcing tools, and cultivate long-term candidate relationships while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
