Executes daily portfolio overlay workflows, including portfolio rebalancing, trade transmission, cash management, settlement tracking, reconciliations, exception resolution, and compliance reporting. Coordinates with advisors, portfolio managers, compliance teams, custodians, and vendors to ensure accurate trade allocations, risk management, tax-lot handling, and operational execution. Requires trading or portfolio operations experience, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with OMS/EMS and portfolio optimization systems, and strong attention to detail.

Prepares client portfolio reports, consolidates alternative investment transaction and valuation data, integrates accounts and private investments, and performs data quality checks. The role develops data management procedures, supports compliance and audit controls, coordinates with fund managers and reporting teams, evaluates reporting technology, and assists with investment due diligence, market research, and client reporting projects.
