Leads end-to-end insurance compliance consulting for commercial real estate lending transactions. Reviews loan documents and insurance materials, negotiates coverage gaps with borrowers and brokers, prepares compliance reports, manages closing deliverables, advises institutional lender clients, and coaches junior consultants. Covers diverse CRE asset types and complex structures, including CMBS, debt funds, captives, deductibles, flood, environmental, and construction risks. Also contributes to process improvement and AI-enabled workflow automation.

Serve as lead benefits consultant for large-group clients: design compliant benefit strategies, support sales producers, lead client meetings/onboarding, mentor account teams, manage annual planning, collaborate with carriers, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance, reporting, and communications.

Accounting Intern supporting billing and aged-item cleanup, accounting backlog organization, access reviews, SharePoint file management, record accuracy checks, process documentation, progress tracking, and special accounting projects. The role requires collaboration with Accounting and internal teams, strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple assignments. Prior accounting or insurance experience is not required.
