Support commercial lines account managers by handling client inquiries, preparing certificates, processing policy changes/renewals/cancellations, gathering underwriting materials, maintaining accurate client files, ensuring regulatory and carrier compliance, and tracking renewal timelines.

Manage clients’ personal insurance needs, including information gathering, applications, renewals, policy administration, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites. Explain coverage options, recommend enhancements, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate electronic records, and build relationships with clients and insurance carriers. The role requires a New York personal lines license, extensive personal insurance experience, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS.

Serve as lead benefits consultant for large-group clients: design compliant benefit strategies, support sales producers, lead client meetings/onboarding, mentor account teams, manage annual planning, collaborate with carriers, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance, reporting, and communications.
