Leads profitable growth of Hiscox’s SME insurance products through digital partnerships. Owns channel P&L, distribution strategy, partner relationships, sales practices, and revenue goals while managing and developing business development and enablement teams. The role requires deep knowledge of insurance distribution technology, strong executive stakeholder management, and the ability to identify emerging market opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

Develop and maintain insurance pricing methodologies, rate indications, pricing tools, and monitoring processes. Apply actuarial techniques including loss development, trending, premium on-leveling, loss ratio development, and generalized linear models. Analyze data using SQL and coding tools, validate datasets, support rate filings, communicate recommendations through Tableau and PowerPoint, and collaborate with teams on pricing initiatives and product performance.

Manages commercial insurance pricing strategy, rate indications, filings, actuarial analysis, data processes, and implementation across multiple lines of business. Leads a team of analysts, partners with IT and business stakeholders, supports regulatory requirements, develops SQL-based validation processes, and monitors pricing changes to promote sustainable and profitable growth.
