Lead visual merchandising in a COS retail store by creating window displays, styling mannequins, merchandising the sales floor, interpreting sales and customer data, supporting store operations, and training team members. Provide styling advice, product knowledge, and excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards and driving customer engagement and sales performance.

Provides customer service and fashion guidance, promotes products and loyalty programs, supports sales targets, and maintains store presentation. Responsibilities include garment replenishment and care, fitting room and checkout operations, stockroom organization, visual merchandising, Omni-channel services, store opening and closing, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
