Provide traction power technical leadership and subject-matter expertise across projects. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, GIS mapping, preparing exhibits and reports, assisting stakeholder/public engagement, and supporting preparation of plans, studies, and environmental documents under senior staff guidance.
