Provide traction power technical leadership and subject-matter expertise across projects. Perform independent technical reviews, resolve complex design issues, mentor staff, support proposal development, coordinate with clients and partners, and ensure consistent application of industry and company design standards.

Entry-level architectural intern assisting with basic architectural calculations, working drawings, data compilation, preliminary space and design studies, specifications research, and limited design analyses under close supervision.

Support engineering teams by producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost/quantity estimates. Conduct research, data collection, field investigations, and administrative organization of design files. Apply engineering principles and use drawing/CAD tools to develop conceptual and detailed designs under project supervision.
