Provide toll technology and policy planning, implementation and operations oversight across the toll revenue collection lifecycle. Advise clients and HNTB offices from current-state assessment through concept of operations, procurement, implementation, testing, and operations. Lead technical tasks, manage SMEs, produce deliverables and reports, support pursuits, ensure quality control, and maintain direct client communication.

Responsible for producing and modifying traction power designs, overseeing project teams, coordinating technical work, and ensuring project objectives are met.

The Mechanical Engineer will design, inspect, and support mechanical systems like HVAC and plumbing, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project integration and compliance with regulations.
