Leads project controls for infrastructure and capital projects, overseeing scheduling, cost estimating, budget control, document control, risk management, claims analysis, reporting, and project controls systems. Supervises project controls staff, analyzes cost and schedule variances, develops recovery plans, supports change negotiations, and provides project leadership with forecasts and performance reports. May recruit, develop, and manage a project controls department.

Supports infrastructure program management teams through basic research, data collection, record and file maintenance, presentation and report development, and other project support tasks under close supervision. The intern may assist with graphics and 3D/4D visualizations, identify errors or problems, and complete assignments independently or collaboratively. This is a temporary Summer 2027 position based at JFK Airport in New York.

Assists project finance and assigned departments with administrative tasks, report preparation, data analysis, research, meeting coordination, document editing, information tracking, and special projects under close supervision. The intern works with various teams and supports management while developing practical business skills.
