Join Holland America Line's technical team to operate and maintain ship engineering, electrical, automation, networking, and propulsion systems. Roles range from cadets to chief engineers and Electro-Technical Officers, supporting engine room operations, electrical system management, and departmental leadership while participating in training, assessments, and international shipboard assignments.

Operate and maintain ship navigation, engineering, electrical, and automation systems onboard cruise vessels. Develop professionally through training and mentorship, work collaboratively with multinational crews, ensure safe and efficient ship operations, and support passenger itinerary execution.

Manage day-to-day HR operations onboard, supervise HR coordinator, administer crew embarkation/disembarkation, maintain crew records in Fidelio/MAPS, handle welfare programs and events, support employee relations, ensure compliance with MLC and safety regulations, and prepare personnel reports for shipboard and shoreside teams.
