Lead Hometap’s demand generation strategy, paid acquisition channels, media budget, forecasting, attribution, and funnel optimization. Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels while optimizing for downstream lead quality and business outcomes. Partner with Finance, Business Operations, Creative, Product, and Analytics; oversee an agency; present recommendations to executives; and build and mentor the marketing team.

Supports recruiting operations through interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing, pipeline development, ATS and CRM management, reference checks, onboarding coordination, reporting, and recruiting tool administration. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers, maintains accurate recruiting data, supports candidate experience, and coordinates new-hire setup. It is a remote-first contract position with full-time hours.

Develops strategic brand copy across web, advertising, email, video, social, product, and internal channels. The role owns copy from concept through final production, strengthens brand voice, collaborates with creative, marketing, legal, product, and underwriting teams, and supports campaigns that build awareness, educate homeowners, and generate leads. The writer will research consumer finance and home equity, use AI thoughtfully, present creative concepts, and align work with brand and creative direction.
