Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and deliver complex Azure platform initiatives using IaC (Pulumi/TypeScript/Python), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), Kubernetes/AKS, and observability while ensuring HIPAA-compliant security, cost governance, disaster recovery, and mentoring engineering teams.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers, build proactive sourcing pipelines, manage Greenhouse data and recruiting metrics, design AI-powered hiring workflows (sourcing, outreach, summarization, scheduling), integrate Claude with Greenhouse, train stakeholders on compliant AI use, and improve employer branding and recruiting infrastructure as the company scales.

The VP of Finance will build financial foundations, own FP&A, provide decision support, upgrade reporting, and develop the finance team.
