Own product feedback intake and prioritization from care teams and providers, using evidence to inform roadmap decisions. Translate healthcare workflows into product requirements, support design reviews, lead launch readiness, coordinate enablement, and monitor releases affecting care operations. Build AI-powered workflows for feedback synthesis, prioritization, release tracking, and knowledge management.

Edit performance marketing, organic social, UGC, and premium brand videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Create multiple hooks and versions optimized for retention, engagement, and conversion. Handle high-end post-production, including multicam editing, color, audio, sound design, motion graphics, and lightweight animation. Collaborate with creative and growth teams, apply performance feedback, manage assets and exports, and use AI tools to improve production speed and quality.

Own product design end to end, from problem framing and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications. Build scalable design systems, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, conduct lightweight research and usability testing, and lead design reviews. The role requires startup experience, strong systems thinking, effective communication, and recent use of AI-assisted tools. Healthcare or e-commerce experience is a plus.
