Assist the General Counsel with day-to-day legal operations: draft and review NDAs, employment and contractor documents, support corporate governance, and help negotiate commercial and content licensing agreements. Conduct IP research on copyright and trademark issues, support deal due diligence and execution, and participate in cross-functional projects to develop legal templates, policies, and risk-management practices.

Lead Hook's social content strategy and voice across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Manage influencer and artist partnerships, external agencies, community management, and a social coordinator. Plan integrated campaigns, set KPIs, art-direct content, and report on growth, engagement, and conversion.

Own the creator lifecycle: acquire, onboard, retain, monetize, and convert creators into distribution channels. Build scalable acquisition pipelines, retention and monetization programs, virality features, and creator education. Define KPIs, partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, and Marketing, and hire and lead a lean Creator & Community team to integrate creator feedback into product and growth strategy.

Lead design for Hook's Studio creation experience across mobile and web. Design end-to-end creation workflows, prototype and iterate, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and maintain consistency via design systems while supporting partner-facing tools and adjacent product areas.

Lead development of Hooks Android app from 0->1: design architecture, build native, performant media-rich features, integrate backend APIs, ensure UX quality, set Android best practices, and monitor performance and stability.
