Leads global People Operations, including international market entry, EOR vendor management, HR technology, payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, workforce analytics, and global mobility. Builds scalable HR infrastructure, establishes foreign entities, transitions employees from EOR to direct employment, and coaches the People Operations team.

Drive Horizon3 revenue through MSP and Pax8 Marketplace channels by recruiting and enabling partners, managing inbound and outbound opportunities, collaborating with Pax8 sales, supporting marketing events, forecasting pipeline, meeting quotas, and closing cybersecurity solution deals. The role requires strong executive relationship-building, technical solution presentations, and the ability to understand networking and security challenges. It is remote with travel of up to 50%.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates high-volume enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, order forms, and trial agreements. Partners with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Security, and Privacy teams to close deals, manage risk, resolve contract issues, and advise senior sales leaders. Maintains templates and clause libraries, improves contracting workflows, supports legal enablement, and uses legal technology to increase efficiency.
