Leads strategic internal and external communications for technology, innovation, transformation, and Atlas initiatives. Responsibilities include executive communications, board reporting, leadership messaging, stakeholder engagement, town halls, external forums, change communications, newsletters, engagement calendars, and communications measurement. Translates complex technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, clinical informatics, and transformation work into clear enterprise-impact narratives.

Manages strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and procurement projects for medical-surgical and purchased-services spend. Reviews and develops contracts, conducts market and cost analyses, leads RFx events, monitors supplier performance, and identifies savings and value opportunities. Uses ERP, contract lifecycle management, and analytics tools to support data-driven recommendations, sourcing strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and departmental planning.

Develops and implements internal communications that support organizational priorities, employee engagement, organizational changes, and workplace culture. Manages intranet content, newsletters, leadership messages, signage, multimedia communications, and employee events. Tailors messaging for diverse employee audiences, supports time-sensitive operational communications, monitors engagement metrics and feedback, and recommends improvements while coordinating with the broader Communications team.
