Support administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, leave). Perform data entry, audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, basic reporting/analysis, open enrollment support, vendor coordination, benefits communications, compliance documentation, and engagement campaigns.

Lead regional marketing campaigns and creative production across channels (OOH, digital, email, social). Manage agencies, production timelines, budgets, and approvals. Oversee brand governance, regional collateral, event and sponsorship support, UTM tracking collaboration, and mentor a marketing coordinator.

Coordinates planning, organization, execution, and closeout of educational conferences and CJRC education projects. Serves as liaison between HSS Education Department and CJRC, supports committees, manages media library and digital presence, assists fellows with education tasks, ensures communication, and is onsite for all conference activities to troubleshoot and maintain timelines.
