Builds valuation models, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses; researches securities and financial data; prepares client deliverables; supports due diligence, client communications, auditor responses, proposals, invoicing, compliance, and marketing activities.

Support the Corporate Development team on acquisition and strategic projects: source and profile targets, maintain CRM (Salesforce, PitchBook), analyze precedent transactions, track post-acquisition performance, and build databases, templates, reports, and presentations for senior management.
