Lead a growth pod to maximize funnel volume and velocity through rapid experiments, data-driven prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and iterative product changes. Define and instrument key metrics, run hypothesis-driven tests, and partner with core product, engineering, marketing, and customer teams to turn signals into impactful interventions.
