HRCAP

Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) is a nonprofit community action agency serving residents of southeastern Virginia. It works to improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency through education, workforce training, work experience, emergency assistance, housing counseling, Head Start, and related community programs. HRCAP addresses economic hardship by mobilizing resources and removing barriers so individuals and families can achieve long-term stability.
