Manage a small book of employee benefits accounts (medical, dental, disability, vision, life, voluntary benefits), serve as primary client contact, coordinate renewals and carrier relationships, prepare analyses and communications, and support senior team members on complex tasks and plan design.

Serve as daily client contact, liaise with carriers, design plan options, process renewals and presentations, prepare employee communications and financial reports, support 5500 Schedule A coordination, maintain client data in agency systems, and assist senior account managers on complex tasks.
