Manages complex employee benefits accounts, serving as the primary client contact and providing consultative guidance on plan design, renewals, funding strategies, claims, and financial performance. Collaborates with analytics teams, insurance carriers, and clients to resolve issues, develop data-driven recommendations, secure stop-loss coverage, and prepare reports and presentations. Supports prospecting and finalist presentations while maintaining accurate client information and regulatory documentation.

Paid 10-week insurance brokerage internship providing hands-on exposure to client engagement, policy administration, market research, reporting, and claims support. Interns collaborate with sales and service teams, participate in professional development and networking, and learn about risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management. The program is designed for college students graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 and may lead to full-time opportunities.

Supports Employee Benefits Account Executives with client and carrier service, account maintenance, claims and eligibility issues, compliance filings, annual notices, marketing proposals, presentations, and open enrollment materials. Maintains benefit portals and client records, develops carrier and client relationships, and assists with administrative and process-improvement activities. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and eventual Life and Health licensing.
