Manage all aspects of client billing, including matter setup, coding, client billing guidelines, budgets, forecasts, proformas, invoice processing, eBilling submissions, rejection resolution, collections follow-up, and reporting. Serve as the primary billing contact for attorneys, clients, vendors, and management while ensuring accurate and compliant invoicing.

Provides senior technical ownership of enterprise applications, integrations, databases, automation workflows, and Windows Server components. Leads requirements discovery, solution design, SQL Server troubleshooting, application upgrades, monitoring, vendor coordination, change management, and complex issue resolution. Coaches applications engineers and partners with infrastructure, security, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.

Develops and implements marketing and business development strategies for assigned practice groups. Manages proposals and RFPs, creates marketing collateral and practice materials, supports surveys, conducts industry and client research, leverages marketing technology, and recommends business development improvements. The role partners with practice group leaders, manages staff, analyzes data, and supports the firm’s profile and client development initiatives.

Join a 10-week program assisting partners and associates in litigation or corporate practices. Conduct complex legal research and writing, draft and review contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, and provide written and oral legal opinions and recommendations under supervision.
