Lead U.S. government relations, public affairs, crisis communications, media relations, and online reputation management. Independently assess and respond to sensitive incidents, draft bilingual English and Simplified Chinese communications, monitor social and media channels, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, advise leadership, manage stakeholders and external agencies, and build proactive reputation programs. Establish crisis playbooks, escalation procedures, monitoring systems, and measurement practices while maintaining relationships with government offices, regulators, journalists, creators, and community organizations.

Plans and executes local marketing campaigns, brand events, store openings, and user acquisition initiatives. Manages partnerships with brands, merchants, student groups, and communities; operates social media, user communities, push notifications, and other promotional channels. Tracks campaign and channel performance, optimizes growth strategies, coordinates internal teams and external partners, and supports customer registration, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.

Supports merchant operations, promotions, marketing materials, delivery coordination, account troubleshooting, and basic operational monitoring. Assists the Business Development team with merchant information management, request tracking, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Operations, and Delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach. Entry-level candidates and students are welcome, with a commitment of 20–25 hours per week.
