Supports merchant operations, promotions, marketing materials, delivery coordination, account troubleshooting, and basic operational monitoring. Assists the Business Development team with merchant information management, request tracking, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Operations, and Delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach. Entry-level candidates and students are welcome, with a commitment of 20–25 hours per week.

Manage digital marketing campaigns across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other social platforms. Collaborate with influencers, create social media content, operate brand accounts, support online and offline promotions, and analyze user behavior and content performance to improve engagement, brand awareness, and user growth.

Recruit and onboard restaurant and retail merchants through in-person outreach, negotiations, and partnership agreements. Manage merchant relationships, provide operational support, optimize platform performance and GMV, coordinate promotions with Marketing, maintain merchant backend data, and gather market feedback. The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, independent fieldwork, deal-closing ability, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
