Support merchant operations and BD team with promotion/menu updates, marketing material printing and delivery, packaging and logistics coordination, basic merchant troubleshooting (accounts, order acceptance, menu status), and cross-functional follow-up. Part-time, paid marketing intern to run in-person promotional activities across campuses and local Chinese communities, assist user acquisition, distribute materials, gather feedback, support events, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness.

Recruit and onboard Mandarin-speaking merchants for the HungryPanda platform through in-person visits, negotiations, and relationship management. Support merchant performance with customized strategies, coordinate promotions with Marketing, maintain backend merchant data, and provide market feedback to improve operations and product offerings.

Plan and run digital marketing campaigns on Xiaohongshu, Instagram and other channels; collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers; create and edit social content; manage brand accounts and community engagement; support online/offline promotions; analyze user behavior and content performance to optimize growth.

Recruit and onboard merchants (restaurants/stores), conduct frequent in-person visits, negotiate partnerships, maintain relationships, optimize merchant performance, coordinate promotions with Marketing, manage merchant backend data, and report market feedback to support product and business decisions.
