Lead client-facing Workday integration development and project workstreams: design and build integrations, analyze data flows, produce client-ready deliverables, support testing and troubleshooting, and mentor junior staff.

The Trade Surveillance Analyst will conduct daily compliance checks, clear trade alerts, investigate violations, document results, and liaise with IT and management for surveillance model improvements.

Drive client impact by owning project workstreams from problem definition to recommendations. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, build executive-ready deliverables, facilitate client workshops, mentor junior staff, and support business development using Innosight methodologies and generative AI.
