Lead the architecture and development of Power Apps and enterprise-scale Power BI solutions for federal customers. Collaborates in Agile teams and automates deployments through DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Designs, maintains, and optimizes SQL Server databases, ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data pipelines supporting a federal multi-cloud analytics platform. Integrates structured and unstructured data using Azure, Databricks, Starburst, and data lakes; troubleshoots failures, tunes performance, applies data-quality and governance controls, and supports analytics, reporting, and machine-learning use cases. Translates business requirements into technical solutions and documents data products, pipelines, and operational procedures.

Design, automate, secure, and operate multi-cloud platform environments across Azure and AWS. Designs, architects, and develops enterprise Pega solutions for Department of Veterans Affairs projects. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, Pega PRPC implementation, cloud and API integration, data modeling, code reviews, performance optimization, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration within Agile DevSecOps teams.

Designs, builds, and operates scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks for federal missions. Responsibilities include developing Spark and Delta Lake solutions, managing clusters and workflows, implementing Unity Catalog governance and security, optimizing ETL/ELT processes, integrating CI/CD, supporting machine learning and advanced analytics, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Develop and deploy interactive data and AI applications on Databricks Apps. Build React and TypeScript/JavaScript interfaces, integrate Databricks data, analytics, APIs, and model-serving endpoints, and create lightweight Python or Node.js backend services. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to prototype user workflows, implement governance and security controls, and deliver production-ready applications. Provides functional and technical VistA expertise for AMPL implementation and support.
