Lead the architecture and development of Power Apps and enterprise-scale Power BI solutions for federal customers. Build interfaces, data models, dashboards, integrations, security controls, and accessibility-compliant applications. Manage gateways, refresh strategies, performance optimization, data quality, source control, deployments, and technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, support security and ATO activities, lead requirements and design reviews, and mentor developers and analysts.

Serves as the technical authority for Azure SQL architecture, deployment, security, performance, operations, and migrations supporting federal programs. Designs secure Azure Government database environments, leads on-premises SQL Server migrations, develops T-SQL and data models, builds Azure Data Factory pipelines, implements DevOps and infrastructure automation, troubleshoots incidents, optimizes costs, documents standards, and mentors team members. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, data, and DevOps teams on reliable data platforms.

Designs and automates data validation, profiling, testing, monitoring, and quality frameworks for multi-source cloud data. The role uses Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL, Python, Scala, Collibra, and Profisee to detect anomalies, enforce governance, and improve data reliability. Responsibilities include developing automated test plans, analyzing structured and unstructured datasets, supporting Azure data engineering workflows, and collaborating with engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product teams. A Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination may be required.
