ICAP Benefits Overview

Leads production support for a business-critical electronic credit trading platform across the Americas. Owns service stability, incident and problem management, operational resilience, monitoring, production readiness, change implementation, and the support roadmap. Builds and develops production support teams, coordinates with engineering, infrastructure, and vendors, and modernizes operations through AI, automation, observability, and improved tooling. Requires fixed-income market expertise, FIX/API connectivity knowledge, financial services production management experience, and strong leadership.

Own and shape the strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle of OTC derivatives data products. Identify new data opportunities, coordinate data procurement and quality assurance, develop business cases, and collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and clients. Serve as a subject-matter expert on interest rates and credit derivatives, support product launches and enhancements, provide sales and client input, and participate in industry marketing activities.

Supports TP ICAP trading platforms, market controls, client onboarding, market data, order routing, post-trade services, and static data configuration. Provides broker, trader, client, and sales support; investigates system, connectivity, and post-trade issues; escalates incidents to production support or developers; configures trading screens and accounts; supports FIX and proprietary API integrations; and contributes to trading initiatives and orderly market operations.
