The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success, with travel up to 30%.

Advises customers on contract transformation, AI-driven contract intelligence, governance, compliance, risk management, and legal innovation. Supports enterprise sales opportunities, develops ROI and business cases, contributes to solution design and RFPs, influences product strategy, and represents Icertis at industry events and customer engagements.

Leads customer engagements for Icertis’s AI-powered contract intelligence platform. Advises enterprise legal teams, translates contract and LegalOps needs into platform solutions, coaches customers on adoption, develops AI playbooks and prompts, and provides product feedback. Helps build and scale the Legal AI Center of Excellence while managing stakeholder relationships, customer engagements, and best practices.
