The Senior Solutions Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable solutions, manage Salesforce projects, and enhance operations through AI integrations.

Lead technology transformation initiatives, executing a multi-year strategy in collaboration with corporate functions to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

Provide high-touch executive support to senior Capital Markets leaders: manage complex global calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, organize meetings and materials, maintain Salesforce records, process expenses, support team initiatives and special projects, and deliver discreet, proactive assistance including occasional outside-business-hours support.

The role requires proactive coordination, strong communication, discretion, accuracy, independent judgment, and responsiveness outside regular business hours. It collaborates with partner support and broader firm colleagues in a fast-paced investment-firm environment.

Lead and scale talent operations across recruiting, learning, development, and talent programs. Build processes, optimize talent technology, manage vendors, drive cross-functional projects, maintain data governance and reporting, and lead change management and adoption efforts.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Impact and team, manage complex calendars and travel, maintain Salesforce relationship and pipeline data, coordinate engagement and outreach, support event planning and team operations, manage inboxes and communications, and identify process improvements to increase team productivity.

Lead the design and delivery of scalable multi-platform solutions, overseeing the software development lifecycle and driving AI-enabled innovations while mentoring an engineering team.

The Senior Analyst will lead strategic initiatives in compensation and people operations, optimizing processes and enhancing employee experiences through project management and data analysis.

Partner with investment, client service, risk, and tech teams to centralize and automate fund data ingestion, ensure data quality and governance, reconcile portfolio accounting (valuations, capital calls, distributions), support client reporting and analytics, and help build APIs and automation tools to support reporting and regulatory needs.

This role involves driving opportunity creation through market research, analyzing key prospect materials, and crafting tailored narratives to enhance business development efforts.
