Lead and develop a team of Associate Hospital Sales Representatives to field sales readiness and revenue growth. Hire, coach, set KPIs, drive sales strategies and pipeline management, collaborate cross-functionally, support customer success, and grow ICU Medical product utilization in existing and new hospital accounts.

Designs and delivers blended education and coaching for infusion systems sales teams. Develops product, clinical, and sales skills training, assesses program effectiveness, supports new product launches, mentors field trainers, conducts ride-alongs, and ensures compliance with learning standards and documentation.

Develop, maintain, and publish Supply Chain and Manufacturing BI reports and dashboards (OBIEE/Power BI/Excel). Gather requirements, ensure data integrity, migrate data to BI marts, perform user acceptance testing, automate recurring reports, provide training and troubleshooting, and support ad hoc analyses to improve operational efficiency and KPIs.
