Leads strategic direction, lifecycle management, development, pricing, compliance, and performance of insurance products. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, legal, compliance, claims, distribution, and technology teams to develop roadmaps, analyze profitability and market trends, implement product and regulatory changes, and drive growth and operational objectives across jurisdictions.

Coordinates insurance product solution projects from requirements through implementation and post-production support. Partners with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to manage rates, rules, forms, regulatory filings, dependencies, resources, UAT, testing, deployments, issues, and project communications.

Handles moderately complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include gathering information, determining exposure, managing reserves and benefit payments, negotiating settlements, coordinating litigation with defense counsel, preparing status reports, maintaining regulatory compliance, and communicating with policyholders, attorneys, agents, claimants, and regulators. The role requires applying workers’ compensation laws, claims procedures, reserving practices, and resolution strategies while delivering strong customer service.
